Service Description

A children's yoga session that includes the adults, bringing everyone together for a fun, energetic, but also calming (at times....) practice. The class will have a theme, which we will use to create stories & games, using heaps of imagination. Through yoga poses, breathwork, simple meditation & relaxation, we will bring these stories to life in our bodies & minds. The £10 price is for the adult in your family booking & children over 3 yrs old are charged at £2 each. Additional adults charged at £8 & under 3 yrs old are free (but must be supervised during the session).
