Service Description

Props : A bolster or equivalent is helpful but not essential. Blocks, bricks, blankets, pillows, will all aid in your experience. Many household items work perfectly well if you don't have yoga props. Never miss a class again! If you are finding that the live class time does not fit into your schedule, you can rent it to practice at a time which suits you. When booking you are prompted to choose a day and time. Just choose the day you would like to rent it for, (press any of the times) and I will send you the link to the most recent class recorded. It will be available for you to use for 7 days, as many times as you wish . I will send the link the day before your chosen day, so you can access it from then. The class will not be edited, so you will get all the effects of the live class....including my left/right mix ups! Enjoy xx
