Service Description

A longer Sunday Yin immersion, the perfect Sunday afternoon treat! There will be all the usual deliciousness of the Sunday yin class, with some hatha yoga, pranayama, meditation & some gorgeous extras! There will be a full restorative pose using props, and a longer final relaxation to bring you into a deep place of calm & rest. Tea & treats will also be served to finish with.
