Service Description

A beginners & beyond 75min yoga class. We'll go through the basics in a friendly & simple manner! No fancy words or leggings 😂 but a welcoming space to discover what yoga is, and to create a non-judgemental relationship with yourself! We'll laugh through the challenging parts & build a community to uplift each other. Suitable for beginners but not exclusively. All are very welcome 🙏
