Online with Zoom
Due to Covid-19 with self isolation and social distancing in place, I am not teaching any face to face classes. All classes will be available through zoom, and at this time we are all in need of yoga/relaxation/meditation to see us through this very unsettling period of change, worry, and uncertainty.
We are all affected by this, and are making huge changes to our 'normal' lives, many people are also making huge sacrifices to help others. As something that I can offer back to the community, I am also uploading short videos to a YouTube channel (YogaSpiral), so that some form of simple yoga and relaxation is available to everyone and anyone who is in need of it, without cost.
There are some technical issues, as this is very much a learn on the job/intense learning curve. Please bear with me, and hoping that the online experience becomes more streamlined as we progress!

Group classes through zoom are now available. You will need the zoom cloud meeting app on your device (which is free to download). Classes are suitable for all, and you are very welcome to join. Classes will include yoga poses, breath awareness, and relaxation, often incorporating meditation. You will need a clear space (with room to stretch your arms and legs out to the side), and a level floor (wood, tile, firm rug/carpet...try to avoid fluffy carpets/rugs if possible). If you have a yoga mat, great..... otherwise a firm rug will do. Please have a blanket for relaxation, and either yoga blocks or a firm cushion or pillow to sit on.
Please join the meeting 15mins before the class begins, you should then be directed to a waiting room to wait for the class to begin. This enables me to ensure that everyone has gained access to the class (some tech issues I'm experiencing) , and if someone is having difficulties they can message me by phone (wattsapp/facebook/text) and I can send an instant invite. Sorry if that sounds complicated (!)
Students that have not previously come to my classes are very welcome, but please email me so that I can you send a health form.
Places can be booked directly here, once booked and paid online an email confirmation of booking will be sent. A further email will then be sent with the link for the zoom meeting (online yoga class).

1-2-1 classes in the privacy of your own home through zoom, suitable for beginners or those wishing to return to group classes after injury/illness. Classes can be shared with a partner or friend, and are tailored to suit the needs of the individual. Prices start at £40 for 1 hour, or £50 for 2 people, with discounts for multiple bookings.
