Service Description
I will be running this informative, nurturing & uplifting workshop with a colleague, Sarah Gaddie. With our joint knowledge & experience to offer an abundance of women's holistic health! The first part of the afternoon will be spent on pelvic floor health, where Sarah will be delivering an informative introduction to teach you how to reconnect with the body & strengthen the pelvic floor. Sarah works with women from peri to post menopause, so they can move with confidence. The workshop will then evolve towards yoga for menopause, with specific gentle poses that will benefit the body during the years of peri to post menopause. There will be pranayama, visualisation & meditation to again support this time, and offer tools for managing some common symptoms. We will celebrate female bodies & offer some new perspectives on midlife. A women's circle and tea & treats will end the practice. Empowering, nurturing, offering connection & knowledge! Open to all, from pre to post menopause.
